Description
Substance Use Disorder Professional (SUDP) - Contract
Location: Aberdeen, Washington
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift: Day Shift (08:00 AM - 04:30 PM)
Hours per Week: 40 hours (8-hour shifts)
Job Description
- Provide, coordinate, and direct individualized Substance Use Disorder treatment for assigned patients.
- Conduct psycho-educational lectures.
- Perform both individual and group counseling.
- Document patient progress in the medical record.
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Report to Clinical Supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Substance Use Counselor license in Washington.
- Minimum 2 years of Substance Use Counselor experience, including experience within the last year.
- Two-year degree or equivalent.
- Experience in Mental Health.
