Job Opportunity: Registered Respiratory Therapist - Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (RRT-NICU)

- Shifts: Day (3x12 hours, 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM) or Night (3x12 hours, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)

Job Description
- Hybrid role combining Registered Respiratory Therapist and ECMO Specialist responsibilities.
- Provide neonatal and pediatric respiratory critical care.
- Operate and manage ECMO systems on critically ill patients.
- When ECMO assignments are unavailable, provide general respiratory therapy coverage.
- Responsibilities include bedside pump management, circuit assembly and priming, rapid response (within 10 minutes), managing centra mag and mag pumps, administering blood products and medications, drawing labs from circuits, patient transport, and circuit changes.
- Must be familiar with centrifugal ECMO systems (not roller pump).
- Routine management and operation of respiratory and ECMO equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU (1 year of experience)
- Certified Respiratory Therapy - NICU experience within the last year
- BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
