Job Opportunity: CT Tech

Location

Columbus, Ohio

Contract Length

13 weeks

Work Schedule

Night shift, 4x10 hour shifts (6:00 PM – 6:30 AM)
Every other weekend and holidays as assigned
Call as assigned within staff rotation

Job Summary

Perform and complete diagnostic radiology procedures (CT and X-Ray) following established guidelines.
Prepare patients for examinations and conduct routine radiographic studies.
Ensure radiation safety for both operator and patient.
Position patients properly according to department policies.
Typical department volume: 270-290 scans per day.
Equipment used includes GE and Toshiba/Cannon CT scanners.
Use of EPIC EMR system.
Dress code: charcoal grey scrubs.

Required Qualifications

Valid CT Technologist license in Ohio
Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist, with experience within the last year
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)
