- 7-on/7-off rotation
- Rotating shifts: days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Hours: Mon–Fri 0800–2100; Sat–Sun 0800–1900
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Pharmacy degree or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree
- Valid Pharmacist license in Arizona
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Pharmacist (2 years of experience)
- Pharmacist experience within the last year
Additional Information
- Fingerprinting must be submitted and cleared before start
- Housing application must be submitted 2 weeks before start (at additional cost)
- May accept COVID and flu exemptions after declination form is submitted
