Description
Case Manager RN
Overview
- Travel/contract role in Bel Air, Maryland
- Start date: 9/14/2026
- Contract length: 13 weeks
- Day shift, Monday through Friday
- 40 hours per week
Role Summary
- Inpatient case management role focused on coordinating safe discharges, medical home care, placements, guardianships, and complex social situations
- Average daily census: 15 cases
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Maryland
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Case Management (3 years of experience)
- Case Management experience within the last year
- Experience in an inpatient setting
- Experience with Epic
Schedule and Work Conditions
- 5x8 day shifts
- Hours vary based on need: 08:00 or 08:30 to 16:00 or 16:30
- Holidays required as scheduled
- Floating required between Bel Air and Aberdeen facilities within a 10-mile radius
- Weekends not required
- On-call not required
Additional Notes
- Business casual attire
- EPIC charting required
- Will accept LCSW
