Registered Nurse — MS/Tele

Job Overview

Travel/contract position in Potsdam, New York
Night shift: 4x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
13-week assignment
48 hours per week

Unit Details

Average daily census: 23
17 rooms, 30 beds
Nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:5 on days, 1:6 on nights
May float to sister units, including West 2, West 3, and Observation
Every other weekend coverage required
Can be PCU or med-surg/tele; PCU-trained candidates are prioritized
Certified Stroke Center

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in New York
Med Surg / Telemetry experience with 1 year of experience
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association
NIHSS
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with Epic
