Description
Telemetry RN
Overview
- Location: Attleboro, Massachusetts
- Employment type: Travel/Contract
- Shift: Night, 3x12 hours
- Hours per week: 36
- Contract length: 12 weeks
- Unit type: Telemetry observation
- Unit size: 10 beds
- Patient population: Observation patients being ruled out for various medical diagnoses, with occasional surgical overflow
- Floating: May float to medical-surgical telemetry within scope
- On-call: Required, with 5–6 night shifts in 6 weeks
- Weekend/holiday: Every other weekend and holiday rotation
- Locals accepted: Yes
- First-time travelers: Screened; 2–3 years of experience and Epic or Cerner experience are required for consideration
- Guaranteed hours: 36 hours for 3x12 shifts
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Massachusetts
- Telemetry experience with 2 years of experience
- Telemetry experience within the last year
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association
- BLS issued by American Heart Association
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Additional Requirements
- Finalized requested time off must be included with submission
- Pending license is not accepted
- References: 2 professional references
- MA CORI release and Massachusetts nurse aide registry search are required
- Background check, drug screen, physical exam, fit test, and immunization/documentation requirements must be completed before start
