RN (Registered Nurse)
Location
- Sioux Falls, South Dakota
Contract Length
- 13 weeks
Schedule
- 12-hour rotating day/night shifts
- 36 hours per week
- Every other weekend and holiday
Unit / Setting
- Trauma / Med Surg
- May float to similar Med Surg and Telemetry units within the facility
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse (RN) license
- ACLS
- BLS certification
Job Responsibilities
- Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process
- Coordinate, assess, educate, triage, and manage patient care
- Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members
- Perform age-related assessments and nursing interventions
- Promote a safe environment for patients, families, staff, residents, and visitors
Additional Notes
- Must be noted in submission if the clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health
- If previously worked there, the end date must be at least 6 months before submission
- All clinicians must badge in and out at the facility
- Navy blue scrubs required
- Typical ratios: 1:4-5 on days, 1:5-6 on nights
