RRT

Role Overview

  • Travel/Contract RRT in Spokane, Washington.
  • Assignment is based in a short-term acute care, Level II Trauma Center and Level II Pediatric Trauma Center.
  • Total staffed beds: 629.
  • Teaching hospital.
  • The role may float between units.
  • Block schedules are required.
  • Every other weekend is required.
  • Expected ratio: 1:11.
  • 48 hours are approved.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid Registered Respiratory Therapist license in Washington.
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (1 year of experience).
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist experience within the last year.
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation.
  • BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation.
  • PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support issued by American Heart Association or Canadian Heart & Stroke Foundation.
  • NURSYS verification, as applicable.
  • State License 1 Verification.
  • Tech Cert Verification - National.
  • Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics specialty experience is implied by the posting.

Schedule

  • Night shift: 19:00 to 07:00.
  • 3x12 schedule.
  • 36 hours per week.
  • Contract length: 13 weeks.

Work Environment

  • Epic charting.
  • Scrub color: RRT may wear any color.
