Care Manager - ED
Employment Type: Staffing - Supplier Sourced
Contract Length: 8 weeks (54 days)
Job Description
- Minimum of 5 years clinical experience as a Registered Nurse required.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Experience with care coordination, utilization review, and discharge planning.
- Computer literacy required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New York
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Minimum of 5 years of case management experience, including experience within the last year
- Experience as a Care Manager
- Experience with care coordination, utilization review (including InterQual), and discharge planning
- Ability to use data as a tool in tracking and trending outcomes and clinical information
