Description
Registered Nurse - Surgery
Location: Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin
Employment Type: Travel Nurse (Clinical Nursing)
Contract Length: 14 weeks
Job Description
- Provide nursing care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for adult inpatient surgical patients.
- Deliver care in accordance with professional nursing standards and practices.
Schedule
- 1st shift
- 3 shifts per week, 12 hours each (total 40 hours/week)
- No weekends or on-call required
Required Qualifications
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Wisconsin
- Minimum 1 year of Med Surg experience within the last year
- Minimum 1 year of Operating Room (OR) experience
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Additional Information
- Care primarily for adult inpatient population.
- Nursing practice aligned with ANA Nursing: Scope and Standards of Practice.
