Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Oklahoma or a current multistate compact RN license (eNLC)
1 year of hematology / oncology experience within the last year
Stepdown experience
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
Basic Life Support (BLS) issued by the American Heart Association
ACLS (American Heart Association)
Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration
ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate

Job Overview

Provides nursing care to hospital patients with a range of health problems
Responsible for an assigned group of patients
Administers medications, monitors IV infusions and blood products, and documents patient responses
Assists with examinations, minor diagnostic procedures, and treatment
Communicates care plans and discharge information to patients and families
Delegates tasks to support staff
