CT Tech Position - Brighton, Colorado

Job Summary

• Perform general CAT scans of chest, abdomen, spine, extremities, fluoroscopy, and pediatric exams.
• Complete post-processing in a timely manner.
• Perform CT angiographies (CTA) with post-processing.
• Scan trauma patients efficiently and promptly.
• May handle medications during distribution or administration and have access to secured drug storage areas.
• Demonstrate expertise in minimizing radiation exposure to patients, self, and staff.
• Maintain high quality and image production standards.
• Provide leadership in coordinating radiology care across all settings.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Tech.
• Demonstrated reliability and effective communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving, independent judgment, and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to contribute to departmental planning and process improvement.
• Participate in departmental and modality meetings.
• Assist in orientation and training of new associates and students.

Additional Requirements

• A personal radiation monitoring badge (dosimeter) is required for this assignment.
• Providers are encouraged to use an existing badge from a previous employer or assignment if available to maintain accurate exposure records.
• If a new badge is issued, prior exposure history will not be reflected.

Prior Travel Experience

• No prior travel experience required.
