Each employee's cumulative dose must be tracked, and it is the agency's responsibility to provide these badges. Dosimeters like Optically Stimulated Luminescence (OSL) or Thermoluminescent Dosimeters (TLD) must be replaced and evaluated quarterly to ensure their reliability. Failure to supply an employee with a dose badge can lead to consequences, including contract termination, as it jeopardizes workforce safety and violates health regulations.
