Description

Clinical Lab Technologist

Location: Rochester, Minnesota
Employment Type: Contingent Labor
Contract Length: Approximately 52 weeks (364 days)

Job Summary

Perform analyses on blood, tissue, and body fluids to assist healthcare providers in diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment.
Operate and maintain laboratory instruments, troubleshoot assays, and evaluate test accuracy.
Assist with interpreting test results and support operational activities to optimize testing capabilities.
Work with multiple computer systems to retrieve information and report results.
May work with minimal supervision and assist with specimen collection.
Strict adherence to safety protocols when handling infectious specimens, chemicals, and other hazards is required.

Work Schedule

Tuesday through Saturday
Day shift with start times varying between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM
Must be able to accommodate scheduling adjustments, off-shifts, holidays, on-call, and weekend assignments.

Required Qualifications

Medical Lab Technician with at least 1 year of experience.
Medical Lab Technician experience within the last year.
