Job Title: RN Oncology Infusion Clinic - Adult

Location: Oklahoma

Job Summary:
Under general supervision, provides nursing care in a hospital to a variety of patients with health problems ranging from simple to complex. This role involves administering chemotherapy, monitoring patient responses, educating patients and families, and coordinating follow-up care. The RN will also assist physicians during procedures and ensure high-quality patient care.

Required Qualifications:
• 1 year of experience.
• Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques, and procedures.
• Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors.
• Basic computer skills.

Required Education:
• Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.

Preferred Education:
• Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program.

Required Certifications & Licensure:
• Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC).
• Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association.
• ACLS (American Heart Association).
• Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration - Oncology Nursing Society (ONS).
• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate - Oncology Nursing Society (ONS).
