Job Summary:
The Clinical Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering safe, effective, and high-quality nursing care in alignment with the Department of Nursing's philosophy and objectives. Utilizing Jean Watson’s Theory of Caring, Relationship-Based Care, and NorthBay’s professional nursing practice model, the RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care. The role involves fostering therapeutic relationships with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote, maintain, and restore health. Care is tailored to the physiological, developmental, and psychosocial needs of patients.

Required Qualifications:
• Minimum of three (3) years of acute care experience
• Graduate from an accredited school of professional registered nursing
• Associate Degree or BSN accepted
• Active CA RN License
• AHA BLS Certification
• ACLS Certification
• NIHSS Certification
