Required: One year of travel experience is preferred but will consider six months’ travel

Job Summary:
Under general supervision, the RN Oncology Infusion Clinic provides nursing care to adult patients with health conditions ranging from simple to complex. This role involves administering chemotherapy and other medications, monitoring patient responses, educating patients and families, and coordinating follow-up care. The RN will collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
• 1 year of nursing experience.
• Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques, and procedures.
• Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors.
• Basic computer skills.
Required Education:
• Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Preferred Education:
• Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing from a Board Approved Program.
Required Certifications & Licensure:
• Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC).
• Current Basic Life Support certification issued by the American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification (American Heart Association).
• Fundamentals of Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Administration certification - Oncology Nursing Society (ONS).
• ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate - Oncology Nursing Society (ONS).
