Requirements: "Interventional Technologist - 4X10's
BLS / ACLS required
Manager WILL consider candidates with NO Travel and NO Trauma experience
13 or 26 week contract available
call as needed, rotating day off per week
Candidates must have completed one of the following ( entry into practice) education programs :
( specific program taken must be clearly noted on resume)
*Associate Degree or above program in Radiologic Technology OR *2 year RCIS program"
Required: RNs must have one year of inpatient experience minimum in the related department with the trauma level shown below
Required: One year of travel experience is preferred but will consider six months’ travel
Required: All Candidates are expected to Float as needed.

Job Summary:
Under general supervision, provides nursing care in one of OU Health’s specialty areas. The role involves delivering competent patient care, administering medications, monitoring physiological data, assisting physicians during examinations and procedures, and interacting with patients and families to share care plans. The RN will oversee treatments provided by technicians, delegate tasks to support staff, and ensure effective communication with patients and families regarding hospital procedures and discharge plans.
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques, and procedures.
- Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team providing specialized care.
- Completion of orientation and ability to function independently in assigned specialty area.
Preferred Qualifications:
- None specified.
Required Education:
- Associate's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program preferred.
Required Certifications & Licensure:
- Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing, or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC).
- Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association required upon hire.
- ACLS (American Heart Association) required within 6 months of hire.
