Description

Job Title: Respiratory Therapist

Location: Not specified

Job Summary: The Respiratory Therapist (RRT) will provide direct patient care services with a focus on pulmonary function testing and initiation of CPAP devices. Responsibilities include supporting requests for durable medical equipment (DME) such as oxygen concentrators and nebulizers, assisting in training on inhaler use, setting up patients with DME equipment, and collaborating closely with physicians.

Required Qualifications:

RRT certification or CRT from NRBC
New Jersey Respiratory Therapist license (RCP)
BLS and ACLS certifications
Completion of a CoARC-accredited Respiratory Therapy program
1 year of hospital or physician office experience
Computer literacy

Preferred Qualifications:

NICU/PICU experience or at least 5 years of RT experience
