Description

Job Title: RN - CMH Medical 7C

Location: Illinois

Job Summary:

The staff Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver responsible for providing care to a designated group of patients. Utilizing the nursing process, current trends, technology, and available resources, the RN ensures high-quality care within the institution's philosophy. Responsibilities include initial patient assessments, developing and implementing care plans, modifying care plans based on evaluations, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring patient and employee safety. The RN also contributes to professional development, identifies learning needs, and fulfills departmental competencies.

Required Qualifications:

Minimum three (3) years of relevant nursing experience
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN)
Illinois state RN License in good standing
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (American Heart Association)

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
