Requirement - Med/Surg and Step down required. May be floated to any area of the hospital
Required: RNs must have one year of inpatient experience minimum in the related department with the trauma level shown below
Required: One year of travel experience is preferred but will consider six months’ travel
Required: All Candidates are expected to Float as needed

Job Summary:
Under general supervision, the RN Medicine Specialty provides nursing care in a hospital setting to patients with health conditions ranging from simple to complex. The role involves documenting patient responses, assisting physicians during examinations and procedures, monitoring patient physiological data, administering medications, and interacting with patients and families to share care plans and hospital procedures. The RN is responsible for delegating tasks to support staff and making referrals to appropriate personnel regarding patient care needs.
Required Qualifications:
• 1 year of experience
• Knowledge of professional nursing theory, practices, techniques, and procedures
• Ability to organize, plan, coordinate, and evaluate nursing services
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to respond effectively to cultural and language needs of patients and visitors
• Basic computer skills
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor of Science (or higher) in Nursing Board Approved Program
Required Certifications & Licensure:
• Current RN License issued by the Oklahoma State Board of Nursing or a current multistate compact RN License (eNLC)
• Current Basic Life Support issued by the American Heart Association
