Job Summary: Meets all eligibility requirements of a Registered Nurse I. Works under the supervision of the Director. The Registered Nurse II assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and supervises individualized care in a patient care area according to departmental policies and procedures and Nurse Practice Act. She/he will individualize patient care based upon the age appropriate and developmental needs and will accept responsibility for the direction of co-workers in the implementation of the plan of care. Collaborates with physicians, patient/families and members of the health care team in delivering a plan of care. Utilizes positive communication skills. May be required to work on other nursing units according to distribution of staff and patients. Should be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served on his/her unit. Performs other duties as assigned.

Types of Patients: Adults Only. Ambulatory
Types of Infusions: Chemotherapies, Hydrations, Irons, Blood products, IVIGs, Antibiotics, Chemo injections, Immunotherapies
Required Certs: Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy cert from ONS.
Extra bonus if they are OCN but not required.

Required Skills & Experience: -Epic Experience Required: Minimum of six (6) - twelve (12) months within the past year. Preferred Skills & Experience: -Minimum of one (1) year Clinical Registered Nurse experience in specialty areas.
1. Licensure:
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Current BLS/AHA Required
2. Required Certs:
- Chemotherapy/Immunotherapy cert from ONS. (Chemo Certification from Oncology Nursing Society.)
3. Experience:
- Minimum of one (1) year Clinical Registered Nurse experience preferred in specialty areas.

- All applicants who are screened by phone will be asked basic clinical oncology/infusion related questions.
Epic Experience Required:
- Minimum of 6–12 months within the past year
Open to floating within cluster/similar department: highly desirable
Required Education: -Associate's Degree in Nursing. Preferred Education: -Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN). Required Certifications & Licensure: -Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license. -Current BLS/Healthcare Provider status as per American Heart Association standards. -Chemo Certification from Oncology Nursing Society. Preferred Certifications & Licensure: -N/A
Education: Graduate from an accredited nursing program. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
This is the pay range that RightSourcing (a part of Magnit) reasonably expects to pay someone for this position, however, as a supplier your expected pay range may vary and/or include certain benefits like: Stipends (for clinical TRAVELER roles only), Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K. Pay range (USD)65.68 - (USD)79.84.
