Job Title: RN - Employee Health

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Employee Health team. The RN will be responsible for conducting nursing assessments, developing and implementing care plans, providing first-aid treatment, and educating employees on health and safety practices. This role involves collaboration with medical professionals, ergonomic evaluations, infection control surveillance, and case management to ensure the well-being of employees.

Required Qualifications:
 

• Epic experience: Minimum of six (6) to twelve (12) months within the past year.
• Four (4) years of nursing experience, including two (2) years in physical assessment, emergency/outpatient services, occupational health, and/or public health.
• Proficiency in performing nursing care procedures, assessments, treatments, and techniques in accordance with written medical protocols.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees, volunteers, physicians, and vendors.
• Ability to maintain professionalism during variable workloads and strain.

Preferred Qualifications:
 

• Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN).
• Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety, Ergonomics, Workers Compensation, and OSHA regulations.

Required Education:
 

• Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN).

Preferred Education:
 

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Required Certifications & Licensure:
 

• Licensed as RN in the State of California.
• Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification as per American Heart Association standards.
