Job Title: RN - Telemetry - Contract - MSW
Location: Mount Sinai West
Contract Length: 3x12 Schedule with weekends required
Job Summary:
The Clinical Nurse is a Registered Professional Nurse who provides safe, competent quality care based on nursing theory and research to a designated group of patients and significant others. This role involves delivering patient care through the professional practice model of Relationship Centered Care, utilizing the nursing process, and collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Required Qualifications:
- NYS RN License
- BLS, ACLS, Tele, Ventilator certifications
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- 2 years of telemetry and critical care experience
- EPIC experience highly preferred
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science with a major in nursing preferred
- Associate degree in nursing considered with relevant experience and/or active matriculation in a BSN Program
- 1 year travel experience for travel positions (not required for per diem positions)
