Nurse Supervisor

Job Summary
- Plans and develops programs to improve patient care and employee performance.
- Monitors patient care performance, works with nurse managers, and assists with corrective action.
- Develops a record-keeping system for medication errors and counseling.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in New York
- House Supervisor (7 years of experience)
- House Supervisor experience within the last year
- BLS
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Experience in Supervisory roles
- Med Surg experience
Additional Role Information
- Assistant DON role requires MED/SURG experience
