Description

Travel Nurse Manager - Labor and Delivery| $4440| (Stipend package option available to help maximize your take-home pay) | 40 hours/week

Job Details:
Location: Concord, MA
Start Date: June 8, 2026 Shift: 7:00am-4:00pm | 40 Hours Guaranteed Contract Duration: 13 weeks
Radius Rule: Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to qualify.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:
✔️Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred

Experience:
✔️Minimum of 5 years of obstetrical nursing experience required
✔️Demonstrated leadership abilities in a clinical setting
✔️Evidence of continued professional growth and knowledge of current nursing trends and patient care practices
✔️Previous supervisory experience preferred

Licensure & Certifications:
✔️Current Massachusetts RN license required
✔️ BLS & ACLS Healthcare Provider certifications required
✔️NRP required
✔️Inpatient OB certification preferred

Leadership & Operational Responsibilities:
✔️ Oversee 24-hour operations of the Labor & Delivery and Perinatal Education units
✔️ Ensure appropriate staffing, skill mix, and resource allocation to support patient care needs
✔️ Maintain department schedules, staffing plans, and timecards
✔️ Lead daily shift huddles to align teams on patient care priorities and operational goals
✔️ Serve as Charge Nurse when providing clinical coverage
