Responsibilities:
Presbyterian is seeking a Labor and Delivery/Mother-Baby RN to provide expert care throughout childbirth and postpartum recovery. In this role, you will oversee patient care, coordinate with healthcare teams, and ensure optimal outcomes for mothers and newborns. Responsibilities include patient education, informed consent guidance, and supporting families in newborn care. You will maintain clinical competency, ensure compliance with hospital policies, and collaborate on care plans. Strong communication, teamwork, and on-call support are essential. This position is eligible for the Northern New Mexico differential of $4.00 per hour. (This differential may be adjusted or discontinued based on business requirements.)
Qualifications:
- ADN/BSN/MSN
- NM State or Multistate License
- BLS Requires at Time of Hire
