100% FTE, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm with occasional evenings and weekends. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. You will be working at 8501 Excelsior Drive in Madison, WI and the Med Flight base located in Portage, WI.

We are seeking an Emergency Services Nursing Supervisor to:
Leverage your expertise in Critical Care Transport to lead and mentor nursing staff, supporting their professional growth through performance evaluations, coaching and team development.
Promote clear communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional patient and family-centered care.
Provide strategic clinical and operational leadership within the Emergency Services department, ensuring excellence in patient care, staff engagement, and efficient daily operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science - Nursing (BSN). An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered but the candidate must be enrolled in a BSN program with a program completion date within 24 months of hire. Required
- Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BSN). Preferred
Work Experience
- Three (3) years of relevant clinical, ED, transport, or Charge RN experience. Required
- Demonstrated progressive leadership experience. Required
- Five (5) or more years of relevant experience in clinical practice. Preferred
- Management, Supervisory, or charge RN experience with demonstrated success. Preferred
Licenses & Certifications
- Registered Nurse license in state of Wisconsin. Required
- Basic Life Support/CPR within 6 months Required
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 6 months Required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within 6 months Required
- Trauma Nurse Core Curriculum (TNCC) or Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) within 6 months Required
- Certified Flight RN (CFRN) or Certified Transport RN (CTRN) within 18 months Required
