We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for a 24-bed general care pediatric unit, directing planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care programs for patients from newborn through adolescence.
- Lead and coordinate clinical operations and patient/family-centered care services, ensuring high-quality, safe, and evidence-based pediatric care.
- Drive change management initiatives by leading teams through clinical, operational, and organizational transitions while maintaining staff engagement and care quality.
- Oversee workforce and financial management, including staff scheduling and performance, FTE oversight, and preparation and administration of operating and revenue budgets.

- Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BSN), Required
- Master’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field. Preferred
- Three (3) years of relevant clinical experience. Required
- Demonstrated progressive leadership experience. Required
- Five (5) years of progressive leadership experience within same or relevant practice area. Preferred
- RN Licensed in State of Wisconsin. Required
- Certification in relevant specialty. Preferred
