Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Surgery – Chicago, IL 60631
Start Date: June 8, 2026
Location: Chicago, Illinois
Schedule: Five 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday, 6:45 AM - 3:15 PM. Work hours may extend based on case load. On-call requirement: one night every 2 weeks and one weekend every 6 weeks.
Highlights:
- Work in a busy, high-acuity operating room environment performing diverse surgical cases
- Gain experience with complex procedures including open heart surgeries, orthopedic, and multiple medical surgeries
- Join a dynamic surgical team utilizing Epic electronic health record system
- 90-day travel assignment with 12-hour orientation period
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse license in Illinois
- Minimum 2 years of operating room experience required
- Epic electronic health record system experience required
- Completion of all mandatory requirements and certifications
- Ability to take on-call responsibilities
