Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Medical Intensive Care Unit – Tulsa, OK 74104
Start Date: June 29, 2026
Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
Schedule: Day shift, 3x12-hour shifts (06:45 - 19:15). 91-day assignment with orientation provided. Float to like units as needed based on facility requirements.
Highlights:
- Medical Intensive Care Unit with 30-bed capacity and daily census of 28 patients
- Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and more
- Work with adult and geriatric patient populations in an acute care setting
- Epic charting system experience preferred
- 48-hour orientation period to support successful onboarding
- Multiple positions available
Requirements:
- Valid Oklahoma or Compact RN license required at time of submission
- ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications required in hand at submission
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience with 2:1 patient ratio experience
- Previous travel experience required
- Must not reside within 75-mile local radius
- Proficiency in critical care skills including ventilator management, titration of vasoactive and cardiac drips, arterial line management, central line care, blood product administration, and interpretation of dysrhythmias
