Job Opportunity – CT Technologist – South Lake Tahoe, CA 96150

Start Date: July 13, 2026

Location: South Lake Tahoe, California

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 10-hour night shifts, 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM. 40 guaranteed hours per week. Average 15-20 scans per shift, primarily emergency department cases.

Highlights:

• Work at a community hospital and Level III Trauma Center situated nearly 6,200 feet above sea level in beautiful Lake Tahoe
• Operate Siemens Perspective 64-slice CT scanner with advanced imaging capabilities
• Perform diagnostic computed tomography scans, CTA procedures, and comprehensive post-processing
• Assist physicians during CT-guided interventional procedures in a collaborative care environment
• 89-day travel assignment with competitive compensation and support
• Provide care across all age populations from pediatric through geriatric patients

Requirements:

• ARRT registration as a Radiologic Technologist (R) required
• ARRT-CT certification required
• California radiologic technologist license (CRT) required
• California fluoroscopy license required or must be obtained within 3 months of hire
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience as a CT Technologist
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Proficiency with PACS, RIS, EMR, and medical imaging computer systems
• Must pass facility-administered oral swab for THC metabolites on day one
