Job Opportunity: RN - Telemetry (Travel)

Location: Tucson, Arizona
Employment Type: Travel Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

Provide patient care on MS/Telemetry unit using the Nursing Process in accordance with state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies.
Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership for safe delivery of care.
Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education.
Delegate patient care priorities based on staff education and experience.
Provide direction and supervision to assigned personnel delivering patient care.
This is a float pool position requiring willingness to float between multiple departments and facilities within the system.

Schedule

Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3 twelve-hour shifts)
Work 6 weekend shifts every 6 weeks

Requirements

Valid RN license in Arizona
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Minimum 2 years of Med Surg / Telemetry nursing experience, including experience within the last year
BLS certification
ACLS certification

Additional Information

Scrub color: Any color allowed
Start date: ASAP, preferably within 2 weeks of offer acceptance
