CT Technologist (Diagnostic Imaging) - Contract in California

Location: Greenbrae, California
Employment Type: Contract
Contract Length: 13 weeks

Job Description

• Perform CT imaging with a strong understanding of human cross-sectional anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and medical terminology.
• Maintain high accuracy in patient positioning and exposure techniques.
• Serve as the primary liaison between patients, radiologists, and other support team members.
• Use professional and ethical judgment and critical thinking in all duties.
• May include some weekend shifts and day/evening hours.
• Up to 36 hours of on-call availability during the assignment (at no cost to the facility).

Required Qualifications

• Valid CT Technologist license in California
• Current California Certified Radiological Technologist License (CRT)
• ARRT certification, including ARRT (CT)
• Minimum of 2 years of CT Technologist experience
• CT Technologist experience within the last year
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Current Peripheral Vascular Access Certification

• Candidates must be able to start within 2 weeks of the requested start date; late start dates will not be accepted.
• Prior travel experience is not specified as required.
