RN - Emergency Dept

Overview

Travel RN position in the Emergency Department
Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Hours per week: 36
Contract length: 13 weeks

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Colorado
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
ED - Emergency Department (1 year of experience)
ED - Emergency Department experience within the last year
ACLS
BLS
NIHSS
PALS
CPI
ENPC

Preferred Qualifications

CEN
Meditech experience
Experience working in a high-volume ED

Unit Highlights

27-bed Emergency Department
Approximate staffing of 60
4:1 patient ratio
Busy ED with a 30% admit rate
Includes psych / at-risk patient care and procedural sedation
Uses alternatives to opioids (ALTO) pain management therapies
Stable night shift team with consistent charge nurse leadership
