Description
American Traveler is hiring an ED Nurse Manager with recent leadership experience and Emergency Department expertise to oversee patient care and daily operations.
Details
- Emergency Department setting within a hospital
- Uses EPIC EMR
- Monday through Friday day shift with rotating weekend coverage
- Holiday coverage required
Requirements
- Active CO or compact RN license required
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing, BSN preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of nursing experience
- Leadership experience within the last 2 years required
- Training and experience in an Emergency Department setting required
- Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) check required
Additional Information
- Responsible for supervising patient care, nursing staff, and ED operations
- Partners with the Director of Patient Care Services to oversee daily ED operations
- Must be able to take bedside shifts as needed in addition to leadership duties
- Location does not have public transportation, so reliable personal transportation is required
