- Valid Physical Therapist license in Arizona
- BLS
Assignment Notes
- Start date: 9/21
- Credentialing includes contract QA
- Equipment is provided during interview
- Parking is provided on the first day
- Dress code will be provided on the first day
- 30-day notice
- Weekly billing cycle
Additional Considerations
- Candidates with recent permanent or PRN work at ATI within the last year are not eligible to return
- Candidates with prior ATI traveler or older permanent/PRN history may need rehire eligibility review before submission
