**Exciting Opportunity for Registered Nurse - Resource Pool, Float, M/S Tele!** **Job Description:** - **Start Date:** 11/16 - **Assignment Duration:** 16-26 weeks - **Location:** Plattsburgh, NY - **Facility Type:** 341 bed facility **Position Highlights:** - Join a dynamic Resource Pool and Float team - Work in M/S Tele with the opportunity to support ED HOLD patients - Required commitment: Minimum of every other weekend - Flexible scheduling to meet unit and patient needs **Travel Guidelines:** - Rates based on mileage: - Travel (101 miles+) - Radius (51-100 miles) - Local (50 miles or less) **Commitment to Holidays:** - Work two out of three holidays: - Thanksgiving - Christmas/Christmas Eve - New Year’s Day/Eve **Requirements:** - Minimum of 1 year clinical experience - AHA BLS certification required; CMSRN preferred - NIHSS certification required prior to starting - Epic EMR experience within the last 2 years (non-negotiable) - NY nursing license or proof of application with date of application required - Explanation of any employment gaps over 90 days **Schedule & Orientation:** - Monday to Sunday shifts available - No block scheduling - Bi-weekly orientations on Mondays, next available 11/30 - Dress Code: Navy Blue & White scrubs, minimal jewelry, and groomed appearance **Unit Details:** - M/S Tele ED Hold + Resource Float - Nurse-to-Patient Ratios: - R5: 1:4 - R6: 1:4 - R7: 1:5 (adjustable) - Ancillary support with CNA/PCT - Equipped with IV pumps, bladder scanners, and 24/7 respiratory support **Additional Information:** - Reliable transportation is essential; public transport not available - Vehicle should have all-season or snow tires from November to April - Full work history details required for submission (including bed count, EMR experience, etc.) **Why Catalytic Solutions (CatSol):** At CatSol, we connect dedicated therapists with rewarding assignments across the country.
