RN - NICU

Overview

Travel RN position in Sylva, North Carolina
Specialty: Special Care Nursery / NICU
13-week contract
36 guaranteed hours per week
Shift: 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Rotating weekends
No call required
Float assignment: Mother Baby

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in North Carolina
NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care (1 year of experience)
NICU - Neonatal Intensive Care experience within the last year
BLS
NRP
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Maternal - Newborn experience

Preferred Experience

Mother Baby experience
Experience catching babies in delivery

Unit Details

4-bed unit, can surge to 6
Typical patient ratios: 1:1 or 1:2 depending on acuity
Patient population: neonates
