LPN – LTC Travel Contract | Amsterdam, NY

Tripod Partners is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long-Term Care travel assignment in New York State. This opportunity is ideal for a dedicated and compassionate LPN who is passionate about providing quality care and support to residents in a long-term care environment.

The LPN will be responsible for administering medications and treatments, monitoring resident conditions, documenting patient care, communicating changes in condition to the nursing team, and supporting the delivery of individualized care plans while maintaining compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.

This position offers a consistent schedule of 5x8-hour shifts (40 hours per week) with every other weekend required.

Requirements:

Active New York State LPN License
Current BLS Certification
Minimum of 2 years of LPN experience
Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills

Competitive travel compensation is available. Local candidates are encouraged to apply and will be considered at a slightly reduced local rate.
