🏥 Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Float Pool Registered Nurses (RN) to provide patient care across Med-Surg and Telemetry units, including support for overflow patients in ICU and Emergency Department settings. This role requires flexibility, strong clinical skills, and the ability to adapt to multiple units in a fast-paced hospital environment.

✅ Must-Have Skills:

✔ Active Hawaii RN License
✔ Strong Med-Surg and Telemetry experience
✔ Ability to float across multiple units (ICU/ED overflow included)
✔ Experience with EPIC EMR (required)
✔ Strong adaptability and clinical judgment

📌 Experience Required:

✔ Minimum 3 years of RN experience
✔ Experience in Med-Surg and Telemetry required
✔ Float experience preferred

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process
• Float between Med-Surg, Telemetry, ICU overflow, and ED overflow
• Monitor and manage patient conditions
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR
• Ensure adherence to patient care standards and protocols
