🕒 Shift: Nights (11:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
✅ Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week

Join a collaborative behavioral health team dedicated to providing compassionate psychiatric and substance use treatment services in an inpatient setting.

Requirements
✔ Active Massachusetts RN License (required at submission)
✔ Minimum 4+ year of inpatient psychiatric experience
✔ CPR Certification
✔ Must be willing to float to similar or lower-acuity units as needed
✔ Must be willing to take charge assignments (included in rate)
✔ Behavioral Health/Substance Abuse experience preferred
✔ Crisis intervention and de-escalation experience preferred

Assignment Details
• 40 hours per week
• Every other weekend required
• Every other holiday required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Overtime available after 40 hours/week
• Charge duties required (no additional differential)
• Floating required based on facility needs

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct and indirect psychiatric nursing care
• Maintain a safe therapeutic environment
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams
• Support individualized treatment planning and patient recovery goals
• Utilize trauma-informed care practices
• Manage crisis situations and behavioral health emergencies

Important Notes
⚠ No RTO (Requested Time Off) can be approved during this 13-week assignment.
⚠ Must be comfortable floating and accepting charge responsibilities.
