**Travel RN – CVICU/CCU | Colorado**
**13-Week Contract | 12-Hour Night Shifts | 36 Guaranteed Hours**

Seeking an experienced **Cardiovascular ICU (CVICU) Registered Nurse** for a travel assignment at a community hospital with **two Cath Labs, including one Hybrid Cath Lab**. This position requires **Day 0 CVICU experience** and willingness to provide coverage in the **CCU** while floating to **Acute Care/Med-Surg** as needed.

**Requirements:**
* Active Colorado RN License
* Minimum 3 years of Critical Care/CVICU RN experience
* Day 0 CVICU experience required
* Current BLS and ACLS (AHA) certifications
* PALS certification preferred
* Meditech EMR experience preferred
* Strong CVICU and Critical Care skills

**Assignment Details:**
* 13-week contract
* 12-hour night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
* Weekend rotation required
* 36 guaranteed hours per week
* Holiday coverage required
* Call rotation required (1 call shift every 2 weeks if requested)
* Float to Acute Care/Med-Surg as needed
* W-2 employment only (1099 not accepted)

**Responsibilities:**
* Provide advanced nursing care for CVICU and CCU patients
* Care for post-cardiac surgery and critically ill cardiovascular patients
* Monitor hemodynamic status and respond to changes in patient condition
* Administer medications, IV therapies, and critical care treatments
* Collaborate with cardiologists, surgeons, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team
* Float to Acute Care/Med-Surg when required by staffing needs
* Accurately document patient care using Meditech EMR
* Deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient-centered care
