13-Week Contract | Day Shift | 40 Guaranteed Hours

Make a meaningful impact while working in beautiful Vermont! We’re seeking an experienced Infusion RN to join a busy infusion center caring for approximately 15–20 patients per day.

Requirements:
• Active Vermont RN or Compact RN License
• Minimum 3 years RN experience
• **Infusion RN experience required
• **Port experience required
• BSN required
• Current BLS – American Heart Association
• CRNI certification preferred
• Strong IV therapy and infusion skills
• Must have reliable personal transportation

Assignment Details:
• 13-week contract
• Day Shift
• 5 shifts/week, 8 hours/shift
• 40 guaranteed hours/week
• Wednesday start/orientation
• Holiday coverage required
• Meditech EMR
• W-2 employment only — No 1099
• Flu vaccination required — no exceptions
• Travelers responsible for securing their own housing

Responsibilities:
• Administer IV medications and infusion therapies safely
• Monitor patient responses and manage potential reactions
• Access and maintain implanted ports
• Review orders and coordinate infusion services
• Assist with scheduling and prior authorizations
• Communicate with providers, payers, and care teams
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans
• Maintain accurate EHR, medication, and transfusion documentation
• Follow hospital policies and INS standards
