📍 St. Johnsbury, VT | 🗓️ 13 Weeks | ⏱️ 40 hrs/week | ☀️ Days (5 × 8-Hour Shifts)

Seeking an experienced Infusion Registered Nurse (RN) to join a busy Infusion Center providing safe, compassionate care to approximately 15–20 patients per day. Infusion and port experience are required.

Responsibilities:

Administer IV medications and infusion therapies following established standards
Monitor patient responses and ensure safety and comfort throughout treatment
Manage scheduling, clinical order reviews, and prior authorizations
Communicate with providers, payers, and care teams regarding patient care
Educate patients and families about treatment plans and therapies
Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR, medication administration logs, and transfusion records

Requirements:

Active Vermont or Compact RN License
BSN required
Minimum 2 years of RN experience
Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
Infusion RN and port experience required
Current AHA BLS
CRNI certification preferred
3+ years of experience preferred
Flu vaccination required

Assignment Details:

13-week contract
40 hours per week
5 × 8-hour day shifts
Travelers start on Wednesdays
No on-call
Holiday coverage required
Meditech EMR
1 opening
Reliable personal transportation required
Travelers are responsible for securing their own housing
Critical access hospital setting
