• 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift

Role Overview

• Provide direct clinical care and administrative support in an infusion center
• Administer IV therapies and monitor patient responses
• Coordinate scheduling, prior authorizations, order review, and communication with providers, payers, and care teams
• Educate patients and families and document teaching
• Maintain documentation in electronic health records, medication administration logs, and transfusion records
• The infusion center sees approximately 15–20 patients per day

Required Qualifications

• Valid RN license in Vermont
• Infusion experience within the last year
• 2 years of infusion experience
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing
• Current BLS issued by the American Heart Association

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year of acute care experience
• Certified Registered Nurse Infusion (CRNI)

Housing / Transportation

• Local housing resources may be provided, but housing is the traveler’s responsibility
• Reliable personal transportation is essential because public transportation and rideshare services are not available
