**13-Week Contract | Day Shift | 36 Hours/Week**

We’re hiring a **PACU / Anesthesia Recovery Registered Nurse** for a travel assignment in Vermont!

🔹 **Requirements:**
• Active **Vermont RN License** or eligible to obtain upon acceptance
• Current **BLS**
• Current **ACLS**
• Current **PALS or ENPC**
• 3 years Strong PACU / post-anesthesia recovery nursing skills
• Ability to provide age-specific, direct patient care
• Strong assessment, critical-thinking, and patient-safety skills
• Leadership and delegation abilities

🔹 **Assignment Details:**
• **13-week contract**
• **Day shift**
• **36 guaranteed hours/week**
• No holiday coverage required
• **CPSI/Evident EMR**
• No 1099 — **W-2 employment only**
• Certifications must be active before contract start
• If certifications are not yet active, a course must be booked for clinical orientation

🔹 **Key Responsibilities:**
• Provide direct post-anesthesia and recovery care
• Monitor patients throughout the recovery process
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments
• Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Maintain airway, hemodynamic, and patient-safety monitoring
• Provide patient and family education
• Document care accurately and according to standards
• Delegate and coordinate care with other healthcare staff
• Follow state and federal healthcare regulations and nursing standards
