**Travel Home Health RN – Maine**

**13-Week Contract | Days | 40 Hours/Week**

We’re hiring an experienced **Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)** for a 13-week travel assignment in Maine!

🔹 **Requirements:**
• **Minimum 3 years of Home Health nursing experience required**
• Active **Maine RN License**
• Current **BLS certification**
• **OASIS experience required**
• Strong home health assessment and case-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a community/home-care setting
• Excellent patient and family education skills

🔹 **Assignment Details:**
• **13-week contract**
• Full-time: **40 hours/week**
• **5 × 8-hour shifts/week**
• Weekend rotation: approximately **2–3 weekend days/month**
• No call required
• No holiday coverage required
• W-2 employment only
• **Mileage reimbursement: $0.70/mile**, paid monthly

🔹 **Key Responsibilities:**
• Conduct comprehensive home health assessments
• Perform and document **OASIS visits**
• Develop individualized plans of care
• Provide skilled nursing services in patients’ homes
• Assess patient conditions and identify changes in health status
• Administer medications and treatments
• Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Educate patients and caregivers on disease management and medications
• Monitor patient progress and outcomes
• Complete accurate clinical documentation
• Promote patient safety and infection-control practices
• Manage care transitions and follow-up needs
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered home health care
