### Requirements
* Active Washington RN License or Compact RN License
* Minimum **3 years of experience**
* Hospital-based **Critical Care/CCU experience**
* Current **AHA BLS and ACLS**
* Compact license candidates must provide required suicide training verification and Nursys demographic verification
* Proof of authorization to work in the U.S.
* W-2 employment only

### Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct, individualized care to critically ill patients
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
* Administer and document medications and treatments
* Monitor vital signs, cardiac rhythms, hemodynamics, and specialized equipment
* Manage IV, phlebotomy, and hemodynamic protocols
* Monitor catheters, leads, tubing, ventilators, and other life-support equipment
* Interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results
* Respond to emergency and life-saving situations
* Educate patients and families regarding treatment and post-discharge care
* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

### Assignment Details
* 13-week travel contract
* Night shift: 6:45 PM–7:15 AM
* 36 guaranteed hours/week
* Holiday coverage required
* No call
* Overtime after 40 hours/week
* No mileage reimbursement
* 1099 not accepted
